    any suggesting on why the washing machine is hitting the sides when agitatoring its got the spring on, its worst when the level is low,is it out of balance how do u fix that, it washings normal and doen”t fault out..

    Check that the machine is reasonably level. The bowl hangs from the top so if the machine is leaning to one side, the bowl will be closer to one side than the other.
    Other causes could be worn springs on one or more of the suspension rods.

    have just repaced some sus rods has a new spring but still doing it is ther any thing more ,..could it be the obb swicth..

    Don’t think OOB is in circuit until spin sequences…. Motor running too fast in wash? Suspa rods not on correctly?
