ParticipantEvening All.
I hope you have all had a prosperous week.
I have had a look through the sticky but could not find fault codes for this model.
On Off and Time saver lights flashing.
Had a look and found Armature s/c.
What are the chances of this having done damage to the module?.Any info as usual much appreciated.
Cheers,
Mike

On/Off and Led 4 . Motor triac short circuit: check motor & module.
Going to cost a hell of a lot more than Hotpoint’s £90 labour if module has gone as well. 😥
I will try and get round to posting the codes on these but due to pressure of work and my mum still unwell I am spreading myself a little thinly ATM. 😥

More work not even worth looking at unless you have the stock and the customer is willing to pay more than the manufacturer will charge. The possibility of a blown module on top of that and the whole scenario is a nightmare 👿
Am I correct in thinking these WF machines are a step even further backward for Hotpoint ❓

One small step back for man, a giant leap back for mankind, you finally crack the dodgy WMA bearing problem with the rubena seal, then stick Merloni electronics in the machine. 😥

Thanks for Info guys-much appreciated.
Can anyone help with the part number for the motor on this machine?. I do have one or two new FHP motors which I could prove point with, if they are compatible.
Many Thanks,
