I have also had problems – I gave up & still use the CD. I sometimes use it to check stock status though.

It doesn’t work for me either. Still, it’s new so we have to give them a chance to fix it.
I also find Connections search facility difficult. Any more than one word at a time and it returns no results usually.
Not too clear about how to get the best out of Masterpart’s site either.
Maybe I just need some computer training :con: ?

What’s the url of the SEME site please, I’ve not seen/used it yet ?
Connect’s website search is about as much use as a handbrake on a boat frankly, hence my frustration with not allowing the DVD to be re-enabled. The model may be recognised if you’re lucky after removing and adding some numbers or letters, but if you’re not spot on with keywords it won’t recognise it.
Masterpart’s site is fine if a little cumbersome at times, it helps if you know the OEM part numer, which also goes for Connect. The catalogue section is a nightmare though as there are far too many products in each section to browse through quickly when you’re busy…..
… now I’m going off topic, that never happens on UKW does it ? 😀

Ah, think I’ve found out the trouble.
It says you have to ring them with your account no. and postcode to obtain “access codes”. Have to do that when I’m not busy.

Ah, it’s the old Nedis site with a different badge 😉
Nightmare then, I’ll stick with the SALI disk 😀
