    I don’t have instruction manual for AWZ 865.. I need it very much.. can’t find on net either 🙁
    pls someone help me out!

    You can download (if available) or order them directly from Whirlpool’s site 🙂

    Top menu, services (drop down menu) then select user manuals.

    but there is another problem – I entered the requested commercial code and identification code, but it gave no result.. 🙁 They also won’t send me instruction via post because I live in another country..

    any other possibilities to get it??? ❓

    Ask someone in the UK you know to order it on your behalf and post it to you ?

    Try http://www.whirlpool.com (the global site) there may be more international contacts there.
