ParticipantHi all….
Im just trying to find out why my washer dryer isnt drying anything, its staying cold, blowing cold air.
My machine is a Servis Caress 900.
Is there anything i can do, does this have a reset button somewhere like my old standalone tumble dryer?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.Regards

There is a manual reset stat on top of the heater box, but why has it tripped? Blower motor running? Poor airflow? No condenser trickle of water?
Power off before sticking fingers in :plug:

Are you talking about the white rectangle block bit with two spade terminals at the front of the machine just left of the main dials on the foiled air vent bit.
I noticed one wire looks like it has come off of one of the spade terminals and the other seems to have been rubbing on something, any suggestions? It only seems to have rubbed on the plastic surrounding the female connection on the one that stayed on. I dont see any rubbing signs on the one that is disconnected, is this a normal thing for this machine greg?
Thanks for your responses guys.

Greg my friend you’re great, you’re a book of knowledge.
Its working fine as you said it would so i can get back to my washing now. Its been a nightmare without that working this past two weeks as i live in a apartment with electric heating so i’ve had no where to hang my clothes.
Thanks again you guys, you really are brilliant..very helpful.
😉Happy Days!! 😀
