hi, went to this machine today,tested on cold rinse it pumped filled and washed as normal, moved through cycle so far then just kept washing.
have checked heater etc, and all seems okay
anyone got any idea’s?

Feel behind the heater chamber, there’s a manual reset stat there that will have tripped I expect.
Then tell the customer to stop using 3-in-1 tablets 😀
