I have installed one machine the week before last, have a very firm victim 🙂 today and I have just been phoned by another longstanding customer to inform me that she has purchased an ISE, for delivery on the 4th April ( she is away until then).
I have created a simple Excel document to log date of installation, customer details, type of warranty, serial numbers etc. At the moment I am printing out the registration documentation to complete at the time of installation.
I wonder how much trouble ( or extra work 😉 ) it would be for the poor souls at ISE HQ to inform us, say once a month, via e-mail, confirmation of receipt of the registration details?
