ParticipantCreda Aspire Cooker Model 48902 – I have no manual, I have downloaded the manual for a slightly later model but unfortunately the control panel is different as my one just has 3 buttons “-“, “+” and “Select”. Can anyone advise me how to set the clock please?

Download the manual for the 48283 here:

It has the same timer as your cooker 😀

Hi Dave, thanks for such a quick reply. Unfortunately, I have had a look at the manual you suggest and this timer has 5 buttons and you can set the clock by holding down the “Minute Minder” and “Cook Period” buttons at the same time and then pressing + or -. My timer only has one button “Select” plus + and -. Do you have any other suggestions please?
Thanks again, David

Hmm, they’ve loaded a generic manual 🙁
Have you tried the obvious of holding select then push + and – or just the + and – on their own ?
It may be the timer is faulty 😉

I’ve tried all of the obvious combinations I can think of – pressing various buttons together, pressing button combinations when I first turn the power on, holding buttons down for more than 5 or 10 seconds etc. but no joy.
Timer could be faulty but it seems to work on other options e.g. minute minder, auto cooking (although obviously we have to take the time of day difference into account).
Any other ideas gratefully received.
Thanks, David
