    Zanussi Jetstream FJ1295 My machine is roughly 5 years old and recently has got noisier and noisier, the drum is loose and the washing has been coming out with regular shaped black spot marks on clothing. It is worth calling someone out to fix this or should I just start looking for a new machine?

    Sounds like the drum bearings have failed. Check out Repairs@ for an engineer in your area to get an idea on cost.
