    Is there a test mode available for a GW601 that will tell me the condition of all the parts in the w/machine.
    As I seem to be repairing one problem and another crops up.

    You can test the balance and lid switches, the water valves and the pump.

    Enter diagnostics (wash temp down, power on).

    Lid switch ok – 12 minute light should be on.
    Manually activate OOB switch – 6 minute light should come on.
    Pump – pressing Regular Cycle will start or stop the pump.
    Wash temp down will operate the cold valve.
    Wash temp up will operate the hot valve.

    There is no test function for the motor.
