Beko Tip

Went to a WM1212S yesterday that had flooded the kitchen. The Zanussi type garter spring that holds the door seal to the tub had been found lying on the floor. I checked for problems with the drum bearings, suspension, counterweights etc. but everything appeared to be OK. I was not keen on just putting the door seal back on in case it fell off again. I therefore went back today with a screw type door seal clamp wire from an Indesit WN1296WG and fitted that in place of the spring. This not only gives a more secure hold but is also a lot easier to fit. Not sure of the part number but it might be 00036780.
