    Hi
My washer is not spinning properly when full. It will spin on empty but when there is a load in it stops as it starts to drain and spin. Please can someone give me some advice.

    Thanks

    Lisa

This may sound strange ‘turn the lights of in room’ put your machine on spin empty whilst the machine is spinning look under the machine placing your head on the floor and see if there is any flashing underneath.

When it spins empty, can you hear a “crackling” sound? If so, the carbon brushes in the drive motor are finished and need replacing. Please don’t continue trying to use the appliance, the drive motor will eventually blow.

Click the link below for a engineer, or contact spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for reploacement brushes.

    Power off if investigating further,
