    Looking for advice on the best source of a replacement Main oven stat.
    Creda cooker – DH – No 46TH/J5
    Qualtex seem to have the best price but are always out of stock.
    Masterpart scare me because of the recorded message when you ring them,
    “Buy Masterpart or else, you have twenty seconds to comply”

    Any help apreciated.

    They don’t seem to have it listed, Walnut.

    Anybody else noticed how MP’s staff all pick up at the same point in the message? I’ve never spoken to anyone first ring yet.

    Nothing to do with “0870” is it?

    It will be easier to check with the model number to be honest, Qualtex only list one 46TH?? thermostat and it isn’t that one 😕

    I never phone Masterpart unless it’s really important to be honest, emails are always answered pretty rapidly 😀

    I have always found Masterpart 1st class, been dealing with them from when they started.
    Phone message is a bit dodgy though 😆

    Always place my orders on line, no probs what so ever.
