Can anyone help with this one please.
The bottom spray arm isn’t getting enough pressure to do the wash, top arm is fine and I can hear it speeding up and slowing down so I guess it has a diverter of sorts to alternate between spray arms.
Is it wear on the spray arm hub or is it major strip down job to get into the base.
Don’t want to go too far on price as its only 3 years old and has 5 yr parts if the customer wants to use it

    Thanks

    Steve

Not seen this fault, but the Bosch experts may have a better idea. It does look like an inner tub out job to access the circulation pump and its associated bits. 😥

Thanks for the input guys.I’m giving this one up to Hotpoint.
Unless they can’t turn out for two weeks and my higher quote becomes more attractive 😉

Have you checked for a split in the spray arm? I have had this. A split can also throw water over the front lip and leak 😉

If you remove the front kickstrip, behind it you will see the hose from the circ motor to the metering tank, these are renowned for blocking, you can remove very easily and wash through.
Dont be put off by 5 year parts warranties, your the one they called not Hotpoint.. The work should be yours.
