What is the date code of your machine ( first two numbers of serial number) if it is less than 40 you will require a complete heater box modification kit. Part number 1605230. If you do not have this modification fitted you are likely to have constant dryer heater problems.
Later element after date code39 is a 1605221. An e-mail to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get things moving.
