How many isp’s have a good working relationship with their work providers/manufacturer’s ?.

    Fair work supply?
    Fair rates?
    Good technical support?
    Nice people?
You scratch our back we’ll scratch yours, you get the drift…

We’ll i guess i can kiss goodbye to that, going by past opinion…

I dont pretend to have a clue about how Whirpool are going adopt the service for Maytag, and i dont suppose they do either…yet.

reducing costs, disposing of dead wood, shedding assets i know is all part of a buyout.

But. would they compromise service?, re-distributing the work to their current agents?, if so, any current whirlpool agents out there have an opinion about this, perhaps some already work on Maytag.

    all the best

Sometimes the relationship is so good that if you don’t take the work offered they’ll find someone else, just ask a CDSL agent who does not want to do the refrigeration work!

    Happy days(not)

CDSL have picked up the Matercare work that Expert were doing, if the present agents query the work being foisted upon them they are threatened with ALL the work being moved away from them, and the rates are shockingly low.

Mastercare win, CDSL win, the agent loses

    Sound familiar

    Sorry to hear that No3

All i can say is if Whirlpool try that they will have a mother of a dilema on their hands…Not because of someone being picky or choosy, but if they expect their agents, let alone experienced Maytag agents, to be fully competent across the range, i have yet to meet such a person!

We all know of the growing divide in technology & system work regulations, and have a 1st fix repair rate on laundry. Dishwashers. Cookers ect aswell ?

is that the dilema your friend is in?
