    Hi all……….I have a Diplomat ADP8242 thats worked perfectly for the last 3 years.

    However, recently its not been washing properly at all and I find that the powder remains a soggy lump in the dispencer. I’ve cleaned all the spinning jet things etc but its still seems the same.

    Any ideas? Could the rubber seal around the dispenser be letting in water before its supposed to be released?

    Presumably the lid is open whaen the cycle has completed ?

    If it is, then the spray arms (or one of them) isn’t rotating correctly by the sound of it. Try setting the arms in a certain position, switch on wait for the water to circulate, switch off then open the door to see if they have moved.

    Let us know the outcome of that 🙂

    Yes the lid is open……….
