    Does anybody know how I can determine when this particular model first became available in the UK? If it was less than 2 years ago, I guess I don’t need my proof of purchase 8)

    I see other posts warning about the lack of relaibility of condensing dryers, but in my case I had no choice 😥

    Hi
    If you can find the FD four digit number off the rating sticker on door frame,I can tell you the month and year it was physically made.

    The numbers after the FD are 8412 201284

    You WILL still need to show your receipt to the engineer though.
