hvr hc6130m 18 months old somtimes will sipn sometimes not spin checked motor , and for blockage can rember a one once and it was the timer any ideas?

You could look for dry joints on the PCB. It could be that the times it doesn’t spin it is also only turning in one direction on wash. Pressure switch and out of balance detection are other things to consider.
