zanussi module configuration

Hi, I`ve just fitted the main module board to a zanussi WJD1257W prod No: 914601406/00 washer dryer. seemingly the board is `non configured` and requires programming..similar to the hotpoint modules..which come with the set up proceedures in the box..Zanussi dont do that.
Have been in touch with Zanussi who arn`t interested and Service Force, who I use on a weekly basis who inform me that I have to book a service call and the engineer will do it for me.
I`m at my witts end and seem to be chasing my own tail..Zannusi sell the boards..with NO information.
Has anyone else come across this and if so, how was it resolved?..or perhaps if someone has a set of prog notes………..
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
