    Servis Ecocare 1000

    Machine fills and empties OK, timer can be seen ticking but drum doesn’t turn. It has been wet (it is in an outside wash house) but all electrics look Ok.

    Is it the brushes? And how can I access them.

    Any help or advice gratefully received.

    Too many variations with Servis machines – please post up the model number M3—. It will be on either the filter flap or on a label around the door gasket.

    Looks like M3681 but it’s very worn and diifcult to read

    I’m afraid dampness will almost certainly have damaged the module, these are quite expensive (£80-£90) so it may be worth asking an engineer to attend and confirm 🙂
