    Hello. My machine’s display showing P-09. Could someone tell me this code mean? and advise please?

    Code 09 is a software communication error, that could be anything from loose connections to major failure of the electronics. The electronics on these machines can be difficult to fault find even with many years of experience.

    Try our Repairs@ link to see if we have somone in your area who may be able to help.

    Thank for your kind informaiton. I think I need someone to check my machine first… This has been insured so I hope it would cover it to be fixed.
