    got a hpt wf240, the pe wash light is flashing when any programme is selected
    any one help

    Do you mean a WD420 or a WF 430/440.
    Cannot find a WF420?


    Error codes are displayed by the five left hand led’s and the On/Off neon flashing.
    Not seen prewash flashing. (yet) 😥

    Still the same error code display, strange one that, what happens if you try and select Prewash, Prog P ?

    Sounds like another case of dodgy Merloni electronics. 😥

    Send it to us for test (£5+vat inc return post) or if faulty repair (£34.90+vat) with a note of model no. and fault. Tony (http://www.emwelec.co.uk). Try tightening tiny edge connectors first (nip them with your fingers when off the board)
