I have to hold my hands up and admitt that I didn’t think we would get another year out of the P & G contract.
I’m sure the penny must have dropped with them just how hard it has been to get bum’s on seats at these training sessions. I also think that the fact that the interest in our ISE machine, h has accounted for at least half of those who have turned up, has not been lost on Ian either.
That said, the presentation of these facts along with the sales pitch of our ace negociating team including the little free extras we had done for them this year i.e. Create, Dixon Training manuals ect has shown them that we have answers to questions and needs that they havn’t even realised yet.
We obviousley have a value to them and they are not prepaird to loose the resource that they see in us, even though we did not hit their numbers.
So I just want to say credit where credit is due. Well done Ken & Kev.
We have our breathing space now so let’s crack on and not squander it .
