    Hi..first posting..be gentle.
    I am renovating the family home. Bought a German type built under oven with ceramic hob last year (we were living in Germany).
    I have just broken the hob 😥 It is Gunkol (no parts available) BUT the cable connection is simple (one pair per ring) and I could fit any other brand IF I can source a ceramic hob in UK with no touch or knob controls. Does anyone know a source? TIA Peter

    IIRC Gunkol was Turkish made by Teba. If you post up the model number you never know 😉 someone may be able to help.

    Otherwise I think it will be a new hob ( with controls) I`m afraid to say. The choice of ceramic and induction hobs is immense these days some have touch while others are the usual twist variety. Good quality makes Bosch, Neff and Siemens. The middle range Belling and Hotpoint.
