Customer just phoned, going Saturday .
Apparently the machine was on a cycle, he came home to find PF in display and programme had stopped.
Tried to set it to prog 9 which is spin, display shows 14, possibly minutes to end, but door locks and door lock light comes on even before he presses start button. Machine will not function.
Has he seen PF or has he misread the display. ❓

Just had a look at the Merloni generic service manual which covers the Ariston AIB16UK machine.
The fault codes go from F01 to F15. It’s possible she miss-read the PF for one of these!
