Customer complaining that drum just rocks to and fro but not actually doing full turn during wash. When I tried it empty and loaded and it was working ok. Didn’t pull it out because customer will have to lift floor covering before it will come out. Any ideas before I go back.

P.S. suspect machine is a Servis machine in disguise. 8)

It is an Antonio Merloni one.

Never seen one do that TBH but I’d go with a gut feeling on the module being goosed, which is 546013101.

might be worth tightening the belt first, she might be putting more of a load in it than you. (Customers always seem more careful with loads when the washing machine engineers around) 🙂

Went to a Baumatic BTWM3 today with similar fault. Looked like a Servis to me. It had a DMPA 10 H7 module, a big induction motor and a 22uf cap. Changed capacitor and all was well again.
