I have an SGS 5342 Hydrosensor. It shows wash times over 2H and won’t heat up th water. I have replaced the heater and had the module services, as i understand these suffer deom a relay burn-out on the heater circuit. No luck on either case.

I have had it suggested that the temperature sensor may be faulty. When I replaced teh heater, there was a temperature sensor on that replaced at the same time. Does anyone know if there is another one and where it is (and where I can get one!).

    Regards

The instantaneous water heater assembly comes complete with thermostat and turbidary sensors in place. Assuming that unit has been replaced the programme module is the device providing power to it.

Services?….not sure if you have had this module serviced but on that assumption I guess the only reason your machine is not heating is purely due to lack of water flow from the circulating pump?

The water heater unit has a water flow safety switch and unless sufficient water flows through the unit to operate that switch, it will not heat ❗
