    Does anyone know or can recommend to me a good knowledgeable Engineer that regularly works on Samsung Fridge Freezers and is in the West Sussex area – near Haywards Heath?


    I have a Samsung Side by Side Fridge-Freezer Model No. RS21FGRS. It was bought unfortunately 7/10/2003 – so is 2.5 years old. This model has ice and chilled water dispensers activated by levers and a bottle hatch – small door in fridge door.

    And we have a problem with the fan in the fridge and it over freezing behind panel?

    Unfortunaitly it looks like there is: No service engineer in your area

    I have had a response / reply from Chris that I’m going follow up but I might as well ask the forum their thoughts just to be safe…..

    This seems reasonable to me – does it to you Guys / the forum – it does look very iced up though behind the panel, what does that mean – more £££ ?
