    just want to confirm my thaughts. ive been to this machine today the customer says it is skiping most of the programe when she sets it on a quick wash on f setting it fills then the dial turns about a quarter of a turn before commencing with the wash. im not fammiliar with this model but i thaught it is due to the quick wash reducing the cycle. she says it has never done this before and she has used it for a few years now.(shes not getting any younger!)

    pls confirm my thaughts or put me right thanks paul

    I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the machine to be honest.

    Has she still got the user manual ?

    yes she still has it but it doesn’t say anything about it moving on.

    It is normal, it is caused by either the option switches being set to on or a low temp setting if the appliance has temp dial.

    Try turning all the options off and the temp up full and it will prove that their is no fault.
