    replaced fill valve to cure on DF976 d/w customer now says that E21 is being displayed after approx. 20mins on cycle. any suggestions b4 i go back as customer lives in a remote area.

    DF967 by any chance ? 😉

    There is no E21 though for that model, it only goes up to E5, on the assumption that it’s E2 that indicates the NTC at fault or the wiring to it 🙂

    Correction to earlier query hoover DF967 inquiry error code is E1.
    anyon got the codes for this model?

    E1 sugests its a water time out prob, check water components could even be faulty pcb , loose wires.
