ParticipantJust thought that I would voice thanks to Rob Dray who took the time lastnight to hold the course at Gravesend. Robs a nice helpful guy who I thought bent overbackwards to help us even when a couple of off the wall questions were thrown at him.
I have been on many courses over the years and a fair few ones that were detergent courses and I learnt at least a couple of things out of last nights session. As we were obviously all independents that were there and no one seemed to know each other it would in my humble opinion have been a good idea to take five minutes in order that each individual or company present could have identified themselves. You know what its like we all work in this trade and yes some of us may be compeditors, that does nothing to change the fact that we are all in essence fighting on the same side and all face the same type of problems and by introducing each other it would have glued things together nicely.
Thanks again Rob your time was much appreciated and for anyone who has never been on such a course get yourself along to the next one when it hits a town near you. If you one of the lucky ones who knows it all still go you may learn something.
Theres not a man alive that knows everything, is there ?

I would also like to thank Rob and UK Whitegoods for the information given out at the seminar which I attended in Gloucester.
It was when he asked the question “What are the key parts that make up a washing detergent” I realised that I didn’t know alot about the subject.
After attending the seminar I now feel better armed to answer customers queries about laundry problems, with the aid of the UK Whitegoods Laundry And Washing Guide.
Thanks again Rob.
