    the thing spins a short spin then clicks through to the spanner with the dryer motor running when not selected thanks in advance stu

    An AWM329 isn’t a washer/dryer according to the SIOS disk? Are you sure you have the model number correct?

    Pressure system faults and tacho magnet problems will cause this.

    It’s actually a SMEG btw.
