    Hi

    Great forum and I need some help.

    My DWF31 machine is stuck at 25 minutes on the time counter and pumping in and out water, does anyone know how I can rectify this?

    Probably water backing up in the fill matrix and tripping the flood protection system. Usual cause is the hose in the bottom left corner of the machine becoming sludged up. Power off and clean thoroughly.
