I went out to this one and you switch it on push start the pump runs fo a milli second the the machine stops.I changed the outlet pump just in case it was faulty.
Checked heater pumps valve door switch etc, the aqua stop is fitted at 45o but appliance has worked for five years for the last few months she says it has been stopping halfway through so just kept pressing start till it went again?

    Help please. Kirk

Thus probably resetting the computerand wiping out the error code which would undoubtedly be showing………………

I’d get her to set it off, say, 2 hours before you call, with instructions of “When it stops, don’t touch it………”

Then again, I could read the post properly…..

I suppose you could try the proper reset procedure and see if that brings it back to life….

Check out the dispenser solenoid as well – weird things happen when they start playing up.

If you need the board it’s p/no 696290700 – £111 from Masterpart, though QER seem to manage to fix about half of them for considerably less.

    Cheers,
    Chris.

When you change the solenoid, check feed to it aswell when you start any cycle.
Ive had a solenoid go and damage the PCB causing it to have a constant 240v feed.
