Hi
Have a samsung srl3928b. The temperature display has stopped showing the temperature. The temperature in the fridge frequently drops. The freezer seems to be OK. The circulating fan works OK. I have replaced the PCB and it seems to have made no difference. The unit seems to switch on, make some beeping noises and then switch off after a while.
Any help or advice gratefully appreciated.

I have had my 3928 for 6 years – I got the RD fault display about 3 weeks ago, and just today the engineer took stock of a spare part and came to fit it. The fridge still showed RD – the residual damper that distributes air from the freezer to the fridge above. He said that when one part blows, it can be a part of a series of faults. A new PCB came to £90, plus £60 odd for the new RD, plus £50 for labour costs – we agreed that a new fridge would be best!
