    Fridge /freezer suddenly failed – both not cooling. Compressor not running at all neither is the fan in the freezer. Power is reaching freezer.
    Anybody any ideas?

    PCB failure is likely I’m afraid by the sound of it 🙁

    As this is an electronically controlled appliance an engineer would be the best course of action to be honest to rule out other possibilities, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

    Thanks for the reply. I used to do do electronic repairs and did some basic tests on the pcb which seemed ok? I presume it cant be the thermostat as there is a seperate one for the fridge and freezer?
    Is it possible to obtain an electrical diagram for this machine?

    Sadly no 🙁

    Even we can’t get our hands on such things from Merloni.
