    Diplomat ADP8322 Service no. 854500015810 Serial no. 330436 005978

    Think it’s the PCB. 😕
    Set the programme to 40deg cycle; fills, heats, washes, then stops; bleeps continuously, open the door and the cycle indicator lamp for rinse and hold (prewash) is lit. Customer says the wash results are useless, saying it isn’t rinsing. Pump, I thought, but drains out perfectly on demand.
    So if it’s filling, heating, draining and the wash pump is working surely the only thing left is the PCB?
    Any thoughts??

    It’s a Whirlpool….. When it beeps and faults, the power lamp will flash a sequence, which is a code and can be found in the Error Codes thread.
