    Hi,

    I have a Smartdrive 058 that is getting all the way through the cycle until it starts to empty before doing the spin, at that stage it just stops have way through emptying and does nothing.

    The error code with slow and hold leds on is;

    10100100 (Read from right to left but written left to right)

    Any suggestions on what to try?

    Sounds like the Pump Block Error. This is caused by the machine not draining in the time allowed. There may be a blockage in the pump, a restriction in the drain hose, or the pump itself may be the problem. It can overheat and shut down for up to 15 minutes.

    If checking pump be advised that there is a permanent live supply to the pump as long as the machine is plugged in. :plug:
