What’s happening? This forum is virtually dead, but I would expect it to be buzzing. The last real topics are, “sold the first one” and “first intervention” then – nothing.

Has only one been sold? Where’s all the posts saying, I sold and delivered one today?

Just curious, and puzzled. Or is it because lots are being sold but there hasn’t been any problems at all 🙂 And no “support” required?

Nope plenty of people have been cracking on with ISE quite nicely, but I think that most questions have been pretty much answered and all the info is there to get people started.

There’s also been almost no problems other than those already mentioned, other then the odd little delivery hiccup.

Oh and some rather large boxes of spares turned up yesterday. 😉

I suppose “sold the second one” doesn’t have the same ring? 😉

It’s a good sign that there are no problems posted, I was just starting to worry that there was only the one sold so far 😀

    Re: ISE on ice?

    Hi Andy

Try Two hundred sold so far, if some of the guy’s are quiet it’s because they are too busy selling and installing them. Believe it or not, one guy has installed his eigth machine this week. We are seriously thinking of having the bugger cloned. (Only joking Jim ! your a one off )

Plus John is out there signing on new agents everyday, to achieve full national coverage so that when you kick in and start getting us a few sales from your site, we’ll be more than ready 😆

    Re: ISE on ice?

Is that eight appliances in one week ❓
    We’ve done six in total.
Four bought without even seeing the machine, all but one took the full five year option.
Any further news on the van stocks?

    Re: ISE on ice?

Yes, half the order was delivered to us, just waitjng on the rest before we issue to current sellers.

We now have all the technical and parts listings and as our website will be fully operational in a coulpe of weeks, all info will be available from there. Of course you have to be an actual selling agent to gain access to the trade area.

Just give us another couple of weeks to get it all in place, all sellers will be contacted and given access to all info.

In the mean time should you need tech help, just ask admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for anything, we can respond immediately.

For those of you who have not proceeded from the interested stage to the selling stage, we are now in a position to offer a site visit, for more info if you want it. Followed by a technical visit, where the appliance is brought to you for your perusal and all tech questions answered. If your interested in moving this forward, please send an email to kheath@ukwhitegoods.co.uk include a phone number I can call you on.

Eight in one week, I wish, but have done 11 in total since the project started, I’m just warming up. 🙂

    Re: ISE on ice?

It’s actually really surprising sometimes how things creep up on you. ISE is one such thing.

The ISE phone is getting busier and busier, there’s more and more orders going through and notably for more machines at a time. The brilliant thing about being so in touch with the guys in the field though is the feedback that we get. David’s had several conversations this week with repairers that have switched from selling Bosch or whatever to selling ISE and many reckon it’s such an easy sell. That kinda surprised me a little truth be told as one thing we get thrown at us all the time is price. (Why is it that loads of people can’t see past the headline rate and actually see what’s on offer? :?) However, more than a few people have told us this and say, as I did, that when you actually analyse the figures ISE is tremendous good value, hence the easy sell.

    But we’ve been busy boys…

Also from the feedback is the glaring need for a flyer with specs and photos on it, we’re working that now and may be able to offer some unique help there.

Point of sale for in-store, already under way and that should be ready soon.

Instruction book not too good. Well just wait till you see what we’ve got in the works, it really does kick ass! Thanks to a certain prolific member of UKW helping us out massively there… all will be revealed in due course.

Technical info, will be sent out with van stock both in pre-printed and electronic format as it is very comprehensive. It will also be available from the engineer area on the ISE website (should be live very soon as well) along with some other funky stuff. 😉

So there’s some of the things we’ve learned from you guys and we certainly take onboard all your comments. If we can do something to help you or to resolve an issue then we’ll do it. Don’t think I can say fairer than that and I don’t think you expect any more from us.

As usual, if anyone wants any help or information please don’t hesitate to get in touch, I just thought I’d give you a little update.

    K.
