Hi ive called to above m/c to find top spring snapped and shorted across motor carbons, blowing the fuse on the PCB. My question is ,what size is this fuse cheers Paul.

Ive had several like this. 6.3 amp 20mm fuse fits ok if your carefull and pull the broken one out of its end caps. failing that youll have to fit a holder in place on the timer. I got holders and fuses from “rapid online” electronics supplies. the ones Ive done it was always the console backplate that broke through letting the spring loose. not a bad little job though!
