can anybody help me my machine washes but will not empty or spin i have tried to look for a filter but cannot find one thanks

Full model number and serial number ( 1200 is the spin speed ) would help. 😉 Usually on the door inner or the hinge.
If it is a 17113X then there is no user accessible filter as such, there is a plastic cage within the sump hose to collect coins etc, etc that sometimes gets bunged up with fluff, also the pump may be failing.
