    Hi Guys.

    Got this fridge/freezer(model not known). Freezer works fine but fridge does not get cold.No cold air coming thru vent but circulation fan working ok.No unusual noises from anywere.Evaporater fan fine and freezer temprature normal.

    Any ideas.

    Hi Chris

    advise the customer to turn the appliance off for 24 hrs with both doors open then restart as normal.this will normally clear any duct blockage.
