Optimisation specialist ServicePower, has released what it describes as a re-tooled software product to maximise efficiency and productivity in a service operation.
ServiceOptimizer targets planning, scheduling, service delivery, performance and warranty management operations and is aimed at mid-to-large size enterprises “˜with thousands of field personnel’. Although the company admits ServiceOptimizer “˜is an existing ServicePower product that has been re-named and re-designed to better support ServicePower’s clients.’
