Us -vs- Them

    I’ve not posted in here for a while, but all good things as they say.

    On the table are several deals with people that want to use repairs@, let’s just say that there’s a fair bit of interest in my little pet project about now and leave it at that.

    However, with recent developments I see no need to shelter the traditional WP’s anymore from repairs@, the gloves are off.

    For now we have some serious enquiries about links into repairs@ to feed us work from spares sales. Now, that may mean that the part has been bought, or it’ sbeen bought and they’ve made an arse of it. Simple and as blunt as that.

    However, there’s also a fair chance that the person has gone looking for the part seen the advice and/or warning and decided to call in a pro rather then attempt it themselves.

    Assuming there’s no major issues here we intend to press ahead and capture this work before someone else does. Think on it as a little coup for UKW. 😉

    I’d invite any comments and, also given some recent events, we will not be steering work to any other network wherever possible from this point on. It’s our destiny and our work, it’s about time we got a grip and got on with it ourselves.

    You have my total and utter support for whatever you do here.

    We receive a good supply of calls from this facility (enough to almost employ a dedicated engineer) so anything you do to increase it is fine by us.

    Lets do it to them before they do it to us

    You have our full support and we have Never had a repairs at call. Go for it, as you say the gloves are off at last.
