hi everyone new member here advised i need new carbon brushes for my machine,i cant find where they go. previous washer brushes where in top of machine,can anyone help please.lady in distress with a weeks washing to do!! :roll:hoover newwave plus 5 autowasher 1500.serial number 37602893/A215361800088.!! 😳 🙄

The brushes go in the motor, wherever it is situated 😉 unplug the machine first then take the back off, all will be revealed. Sounds like the previous machine was a Hotpoint.
You will have to remove motor to effect a repair, if you do not feel confident enough to do that, click the link in my sig to see if we have someone who can help.
