    Hi Guys,
    I have a DW 929 that has suddenly stopped draining. I can get it to drain if I lower the drain hose to within a few inches of the floor. But raise it up again and it stops draining again
    Pump seems to work, I can find no blockages.
    Any ideas?

    A common problem is the impellor unit on the end of the main/drain pump motor.

    Power off please if checking yourself :zap: or if you’re unsure, please check the repairs@ link below 🙂

    Yes a piece of broken glass may have shaved the vanes.
