    Any one come across this problem door keeps coming open on wash door fits tight when closed latch looks ok could be worn advice wellcome 😥

    That 2003…. number is the serial number. Can you get the model number ? It will be LS??? normally.

    Make sure that one of the basket wheels hasn’t fallen off and is stopping the top basket from going all the way on the runners.

    Hi Dave, sorry for the delay hope you come back to this post model number is LSISH A000.

    Thanks Bob i will phone the customer to check the top basket wheels, but the door did close firmly when i checked it.

    Eek it’s a Servis 😯

    I would think either the latch is worn or the hinges have become “strained”:

    Door latch – 720064000
    R/H Hinge – 246004100
    L/H Hinge – 246004200
