Hi, new here.
Hope someone knows the answer to this.
The customer is saying that the quick wash is taking as long whether selected or not, also mentioned later that it stops full of water on quick wash. Later he mentioned that the board had been change a while back ( they only noticed because there daughter, having the same machine said hers washed in 45mins).
I know the bosch DW boards need set to the machine they are fitted to, so perhaps this board fits many variation too.
I say this as this machine has no rinse hold and wondered the QW was now RH.Any help appreciated.

Sounds like that could well be the case Brian? Whoever fitted the module, didn’t set the dip switches correctly.
(It’s the s1 dip switchbank that needs checking – only 3 switches to set correctly dependent on whether m/c has rinse hold, quick wash, less iron and deep rinse??)
