Got a call out to the above integrated fridge freezer and was wondering if anyone has experience of these fridges?
Any common faults that cause the fridge not to cool?
    The freezer work ok.
    Any help greatfully received.

It’s a standard single compressor wet wall fridge/freezer so nothing special. This one is made by Merloni (Servis version) so I would expect the compressor to be failing 😉

    Hello,

If it is the one with the blue display or central module.

If you have ice (or rather white hoar frost) on the freezer evaporator, no defrost is taking place.

If this is the case when you reveal the evap. Turn off the appliance at the wall and wait a couple of minutes and then power up again.

The unit should default into an automatic defrost. If it does not, most likely cause is freezer evap defrost sensor fault.

If the evap is a mixture of ice & frost. Customer may have left the door open (though never admit it unless only on an agreed or no call-out).

If the evap is clear, may be fan. There is a reed magnet switch to the right of the door. Close the circuit with a magnet. If the fan does not run, check for voltage at the fan.

    Any help?

    TM
